As Abaco Strategy continues its expansion into new spaces, the company is structuring to succeed and reach new heights. We are happy to announce the formation of our Federal Civilian (FedCiv) Division, which includes support for all our current and future programs in the Federal Civilian space, including the Federal Reserve Board (FRB), the Department of Energy (DoE) Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and Department of Justice (DoJ) Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). We believe this action will bring synergies and promote collaboration across the company.
It is our pleasure to announce that Debra Fireline has been elevated from Program Director to the position of General Manager of this new Federal Civilian Division. In the time since Debra joined us, she has played a key role in establishing the foundation for the inception of Abaco Strategy’s Federal Civilian Division. Debra’s responsibilities now include overseeing the customer relationships, growth, service delivery, and financial accountability of the Programs within this Division. She is responsible for the divisional Profit and Loss (P&L).
Debra brings her commitment to excellence, hard work, and extensive experience in managing large Programs and Portfolios. to this position. Her passion for the job and her compassion for her teams was the catalyst for this promotion. Since her arrival to the company, her contributions have had positive results on our organization, customer satisfaction, and company culture.
