Estefania is the founder, President and CEO of Ábaco Strategy, LLC. Estefania is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Capital Planning Professional (CPP) and certified ITIL v3 professional with over 20 years of experience in the commercial and federal sector.

Estefania is an accomplished motivator, problem-solver, and visionary that utilizes her vast experience base to support commercial and federal customers in the areas of Management Consulting, including: Strategic Consulting, Business Analysis, Business Process Reengineering, System Development Life Cycle, Systems Engineering, IT Governance, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Project Monitoring and Control, Earned Value Management (EVM), Requirements Management, Risk Management, Independent Baseline Reviews, System Analysis, QA/QC, Compliance and Control, Quality Management (CMMI, ISO, ITIL), Portfolio, Program, and Project Management.

Estefania has supported a number of customers in the planning, development, and oversight of IT Investments throughout the different phases and control gates in their System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Some of her customers include the U.S. House of Representatives (HoR), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Department of Treasury (FMS, BPD, DMS, IRS, Fiscal Service), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Department of Transportation (DOT), the Department of Education (DoED), as well as quasi government institutions, such as the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) System.
